Kane was that gentleman from all those stories your mother would tell you as a little child. Those ones that said he would sweep you off your feet and you'd never be the same, even if you hadn't been with him more than a couple of minutes. He was just one of those people that made a lasting impression on you, then got up and left. Generally he roamed around by himself, gentleman qualities with a hint of bad boy was a good way to describe him. With a heavy sigh he ran a hand through his black then shook it out as water droplets flew through the air. Currently he had just taken a long, extremely hot shower that had turned most of his fair skin a slight bright red shade.
Running another hand through his hair to dry it he wrapped a towel around his lower half then grabbed some clothing from his closet. He was extremely organized when it came to his room, everything was in it's place and he knew when people had been in here because most of the time things were moved around. Although Kane wouldn't get mad and generally just laughed it off as best he could, the fact that they messed with his stuff made him slightly angry. Pulling on clean clothing he glanced in the mirror his blue eyes popping out against the contrast of his pitch black locks. Grinning, his grin turned lopsided as he flopped down on his bed, the bed shaking slightly due to his weight.
Glancing around he looked for something to entertain his interest. Nothing stood out immediately but upon further inspection his eyes fell to his black boxing gloves. He loved to box, though had never dreamed of going professional or anything of the sort. Sitting up he stretched out then slipped on his gloves walking over to the punching bag that was currently extremely worn with his constant practice. Now there really wasn't much else to do, after all there hadn't been a siting of the X-Men or the Brotherhood, well nothing decent anyway. Hitting the punching bag with extreme force it swayed against the blow then swung back toward him. With another lopsided grin he punched it fiercly again.
[sorry for the crappyness >.<]

The clock had only just struck five and there was already someone up. It was normal for someone to get up early around this house and it just so happened to be Reija at the moment. She usually did get up early just because it was habit, but then again, she was also the one that stayed up the latest at times. The rays of light washed over everything bathing the whole house in a warm glow, though she didn’t seem extremely happy with that fact. The light was bright, and as most could tell, Rei was a darker type of person. Just her attitude at times could scare someone away, though her wardrobe had the same effect once or twice.
She had gotten out of bed without a problem, which was a feat in itself, and had gotten dressed in some loose dance pants along with a blood red tank top. Her hair was left in its messy layers, though she did run a brush through it. She didn’t really care about her looks unless she was trying to impress, which wasn’t that often. She didn’t have a problem dressing her or dolling her up, but today she felt like taking out frustrations. That would be fun, and the thought of it brought a smile to her face. Her lips were dark and when she smiled her pearly white teeth showed, it was a kissable mouth indeed, though despite the rumor mill and many thoughts she instilled into people, she wasn’t that easy. Most of her attitude, unless you were on the receiving side of her anger or wrath, was talk. She wasn’t as horrible as she could make herself seem. That was the point.
Her footsteps, though she wore no shoes at all, echoed through the corridors a bit. There was very little decoration, mainly because they didn’t really entertain in the house. IT was bland, mainly done in hues of beige and neutral colors. The house itself was a mansion, though it wasn’t as extravagant as one might think. IT had taste, but it was simple not flashy. Then again all of the rooms differed. Especially Rei’s she had done a dark shade and everything. Anyway, the kitchen was clean and very sterile. Reija hated it. She hated many things about this place, but she didn’t complain. She didn’t pay to live here, though she could have if she really wanted to. Her footsteps were muffled more upon the linoleum as she grabbed a bottle of water and then made her way through the winding corridors and down into one of the lower level rooms. Yes, it sounded devious, but at the moment she wasn’t planning anything bad. She was simply going to take out her frustrations in the weight room! Then again, when it said weight room it meant much more. There was so much in there and Reija knew very well that she could take out her anger in there.
Sipping her water, Reija put it down on the floor and began to tape her hands. She planned on getting in some practice. She wasn’t useless. She could fight well enough. She had two-second degree black belts, though few knew that. She was versatile and flexible. Her legs stretched out automatically and she spent a moment limbering up before she eyed the rather large punching dummy. It was meant to beat up and her frustrations began to well. She had many of them, though she didn’t focus on them. She focused on ramming her fists and sometimes her feet and legs into that dummy. It was causing a steady rhythm of that thudding upon the dummy to occur. If anyone were up and around the lower levels they would hear her, but mostly because her grunts were distinct and she was indeed working up a sweat, so much so that she had to stop for a moment and tie her hair back before taking a sip of her water. She had a certain dedication, and she wasn’t really sure if she wanted anyone to see it, though would they? Would she really care? Did it even matter? REija didn't even know. So many things swum in her head and she felt herself growing even more frustrated. Things weren't being set to action yet and she was tired of being solitary. She was just tired.
She remembered everthing and it always hit her at the wrong time. she couldn't help but allow her mind to wander at times. She thought of the past quite often. Too much had happened for her to forget it, but then again.... forgetting would only stop the drive she had. She couldn't do that. Her knuckles popped as she stretched and wiggled her fingers before she began to eye the dummy again. She was ready for another round, but not with a damned punching bag.
Rei felt herself growl a bit as she aimed a few more blows a the dummy, already able to see some of the stuffing protruding from the seams. This one wouldn't last any longer than the others, and none of them lasted much longer than a month, especially when Rei had her angry moodswings. Clenching her teeth slightly, Rei stalked away from the dummy and grabbed a towel, mopping up the bits of sweat that were drooping from her face, as she bent down grabbing her water and made her way back up through the corridors.
She wanted to maim something. She was feeling particularly vindictive, and she hadn't even gotten through the whole morning and everything yet had she? This was a bad day to deal with Rei, and when she heard a shower running upstairs, that's what you get when you can control water, she grinned knowing she could at least toy with someone. She had already beaten the living daylights out of Benjamin the other day, and she had almost worn out her newest punching bag. This wasn't going to be a good month if Rei was any indication, but then again, her jobs were going great. She had everything setting up. She was great with what she did and she knew for a fact that she was some of the biggest power and nudging behind everything. She kept certain thigns going.
Throwing her towel into the dirty hamper, Rei took another drink of her water and then made her way upstairs. she could still hear the pipes gurgling a bit. The shower was long over, damn. She would have loved to drown someone today. Either way, Rei found that she wanted to pick a fight or something. She seemed to recall that she had a few bones to pick with Jason and a few others, that would have to be later, though. She heard noises once she got near her room. Someone was punching something, that noise was distinct and Rei smirked.
She went to Kane's room with a grin and gave a light knock before entering, not really announced at all. She was smirking quite deviously and she found herself crossing her arms, still having them taped up. This was one of the younger, though powerful members of Hexus. She didn't know if she trusted him, but Rei did take care of all of the missions pretty much. Her attention was on the punching bag, and not him. She would have busted the damned thing already if it were her, that was a big reason she needed a sparring parner; though, Oliver always refused, he was more than happy to verbally keep her from having any fun.
"Beating out your frustrations too, kid?"
To her he was a kid. Reija was twenty-six, she wasn't toying with him for any damned reason. She was feeling sadistic and she really wanted to beat something, or just generally do something. Her body was twitching and Rei found the pull to hit him strong, though she wouldn't. Maybe she'd swim later.... Either way, she knew she had a job for him, but she could take her time and toy with one of the little minions.
