[ Sucked.

As the sun slowly fell; A boy removed himself from the couch of the living room in the Xavier Institute. All of the students seemed to be more concentrated on the box full of colors that went by the name of television instead of him. This didn’t surprise the boy much since he didn’t exactly care about the people before him. Walking passed the box, the boy entered the kitchen. Once there, the boy walked over to the refrigerator, opened it, and removed a loaf of bread from it’s spot. Hunger. It killed all. Especially him. He enjoyed eating, not too much though. His figure was much more important. As a sigh passed the boy’s lips, he exited the kitchen with the loaf of bread in his mouth. His hands were shoved in his jeans pockets as he walked down the hall into the room he was currently placed in. The room was huge! The boy never saw himself in this room before. Well, before he was in it, of course. Another sigh passed his lips as he walked over to his bed and took a seat on top of it. An image of a girl smiling interrupted his thoughts. This was unbelievable. He couldn’t get her out of his head even if she never existed. Why did they have to break up? They were happy. Was it how he acted around Kitty Pryde? It couldn’t have been. She knew that Kitty and him were nothing but friends or did she think outside of the box? No, it was something he’d done and he knew it. What he would give to have a thumb war with her right now.
But alas, there were more important things that needed to be done and having girl problems wasn’t one of them. Bobby, as many called him, stood from his bed and walked out of his room. Probably a nice stroll around the park would do him good. After all, a break up for Robert Louis Drake was always hard, if he wasn’t the one to do it. This break up between him and Rogue was really affecting his daily actions. Bobby would run into people or things carelessly and he’d even forget the answers of questions when asked them. This was ridiculous. How could one girl effect him so much? Rogue wasn’t anything special. Maybe she was, after all, she was in the Institute but he didn’t mean that kind of special. The kind that Bobby meant was the one where they weren’t worth thinking of so much. Bobby ran into a girl who looked as if she was around the age of fourteen before walking out. An expression of frustration was placed on the girl’s face as he continued onto the patio of the Institute. A “Sorry” would’ve been good but Bobby didn’t have time for words. He had to concentrate on his current rival, John, the bloody pyro. Literally. John’s alias was that, too.
Ever since, Bobby had laid his eyes on him he knew he was nothing but trouble. John enjoyed burning things randomly and it pissed Bobby off since he’d go off igniting items in front of the public. The boy was out of control and there was nothing he could do to stop him. Other times, he would say things about Rogue that just made him want to freeze him to death. The boy would pay dearly if he’d spotted Bobby around. The image of John smirking was placed on his thoughts. His laugh… so wicked… so ridiculous. Bobby’s fist clenched as he let a frown pass his lips. He continued on with his walk to the park while trying to rid John from his thoughts. Insults by him came rushing back and forth repeatedly like moving lights. Why couldn’t it stop? Why wouldn’t it stop? Bobby placed one of his hands on his head while ruffling through his brown hair. Get out of my head, you stupid son of a bitch!, Bobby thought as he came to a complete halt and shook his head. GET OUT OF MY HEAD!,he mentally screamed before watching the image slowly disappear.
For a moment, everything was white. A white as daylight but whiter. Bobby couldn’t describe it. But, it was a nice feeling. Oh what he would give to think like this everyday. A smile lingered along his lips as he straightened himself and shoved the hand he took out back into his pocket. This was turning out to be a horrible night. Bobby hoped this would improve but then his hope was shattered by an annoying truck’s horn. There was no way he would move from where he was but if he didn’t want to get himself killed he’d better do so. Quickly running to the side of the road, Bobby continued on with his walk to the park. The trees bristled as a gust of cold wind passed by. Cold… cold night. Exactly like he wanted it. After all, Bobby loved winter. It was a shame the season didn’t arrive, yet. Bobby knew that the summer was coming and he wasn’t looking forward to it at all. Since, 1) he wouldn’t be close to a beach 2) he’d probably have to stay with his parents, 3) he didn’t want to leave the Institute and 4) he couldn’t see girls walk by in bikinis. The fourth one was the one that stuck with him, though. It was the only reason he enjoyed going to the beach. Girls in bikinis. Nothing more or nothing else.
Bobby took his hands out of his pockets and walked into the entrance of the park. The decoration was nothing big since the only things that really stuck out of it’s features were the flowers. He had to admit, they were nice to stare at… like Rogue. No, no, she wasn’t nice to stare at.. what was going through his head now? The one girl that drove him mad. Shaking his head, Bobby hurried over to the nearest bench and sat down. The bench was nice and hard.. so “comfortable.” Bobby tried to erase the thought of his so called “friends” sitting on a cozy couch and watching television. Ugh, did he really have to leave? Bobby’s head bobbed a bit as he leaned forward and placed both of his elbows on his knees. This was stupid. Did he really come all the way here just to gather his thoughts? He could’ve done that in his room; If nobody interrupted, that is. Bobby sighed heavily while staring at his shoes for a long period of time.
“God, I’m stupid.”
